This is a world class prospecting tool. About twice as strong as any other magnet near its size. It is a powerful tool to remove unwanted magnetic black sand from your pan or concentrates.
Push the button on top to engage the magnet to the PVC bottom surface. Place Gold Magnet over gold concentrate in pan. Pull Gold Magnet away from gold concentrate in pan then release button to remove magnetics. Magnet pulls black sand and other magnetic materials away from concentrate thus making it easier to extract and separate fine gold from other minerals
